Obituary for Stephen John McNally Mr

DOVER – Stephen John McNally, also known to many as Skip, 47, of 100 Main St. Dover, passed away suddenly at his home on May 14, 2014. Steve was born on January 10, 1967 to the late John and Leona McNally. Steve graduated Dover High School, and was an incredible athlete while in school. His love for sports followed him throughout life, as he was active in men’s softball and basketball. Steve formerly owned McNally Property Maintenance before working with Environvantage as an asbestos and hazardous waste removal specialist. Steve loved his Fiancé, Bonnie Macaulay, his family, and his friends. Steve touched the lives of countless people. Steve was incredibly grateful for the Phoenix House New Hampshire, as they helped to give him a new lease on life. Steve would give anything to anyone, even at the detriment to himself. Steve is predeceased by his parents; his uncle, Anthony Ragunas; and his cousin Kathleen Ragunas. Steve is survived by his loving fiancée Bonnie Macaulay and her daughters Michaela Leonard (21) and Samantha Leonard (18); his two brothers, Gary McNally and his wife Valerie of Dover, NH, Kevin McNally and his wife Sunny of South Berwick, ME; two nephews, Cameron John McNally (14), John William McNally (12); one niece, Amanda Lee Ann (12); six cousins, Lynn Peters, Debbie Wood, Dale Charbonaeu, John Ragunas, Anthony Ragunas, Michael Ragunas; as well as his large extended group of family and friends. The family will receive friends and loved ones for visiting hours on Monday, May 19, 2014 from 6PM to 8PM at the Wiggin-Purdy-McCooey-Dion Funeral Home 655 Central Ave. Dover, NH 03820. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 11AM at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow the memorial service at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Dover, NH.
