Obituary for Stanley Dexter Peirce Jr.
S. Dexter Peirce passed away on Friday January 6, 2023 at his home in Barrington, NH.
Born on August 26, 1954 in Portsmouth, NH, Dexter attended schools both in New Hampshire and Maryland. Dexter graduated from Norwich University of VT in 1977 as an environmental engineer. Dexter was very proud of the work he did in the mortgage/ finance industry and loved knowing he was helping to get families into a nice home. “The Lakehouse” was his special place where he enjoyed entertaining friends and family and sharing his love of nature and the water.
Dexter is survived by his wife Kimberly Morton Peirce, his sister Susan Peirce Goodwin of Windermere, Florida and brother Jeffrey T. Peirce of Stratham, NH. and many nieces,nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister Eleanor Franz.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 14th at the Purdy Memorial Chapel in Lee, NH from 11 am to 1 pm.
