DOVER: Peter J. Kavalauskas, 62, retiring president and CEO of Northeast Credit Union died Saturday, February 8, 2014 in a snowmobile accident in Washington, NH. He is survived by his loving wife Nancy, children James Kavalauskas and girlfriend Amy Clark, Kerry Capalbo and husband Joe, Sarah Christie and husband Thomas; Grandchildren, Matthew, Alexis and Kayla Capalbo and Jacob and Zachary Christie. He also leaves behind his canine companion Samantha. Other loving members of his family include his mother and father-in-law Rita and Peter Kelly of New Britan, CT; several nieces, nephews, cousins, brother and sister-in-laws, and cherished friends and his second family at Northeast Credit Union. He is predeceased by his mother Emma (Ruck) Kavalauskas, father Vitold Kavalauskas, and sister Karen Myska. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Make-A-Wish New Hampshire in Peter’s honor.
