Dover-Pamela Drake, 66, of Grove St. passed away early Sunday, February 17, 2019 after a period of failing health. Born January 29, 1953 in Dover she was the daughter of Charles and Aunice (Taylor) Young. Pam is survived by her husband James Drake of Dover; one sister, Patti Davis; one brother, Ross Young; and Razzle Dazzle and Tiger.
