SOMERSWORTH- Mary Jane Plante, 93, passed away at the Riverside Rest Home of Dover in the early hours of July 22, 2014. The daughter of the late Louis and Celina Morest, Mary Jane was born on May 19, 1921 in Rollinsford, NH. Mary Jane worked for General Linen for many years. Mary Jane was predeceased by her husband Andrew on April 7, 2014, and is also predeceased by her brothers Cyrice and Robert Morest. Mary is survived by her daughter, Betty Argent of Somersworth; her son, Paul Plante and his wife, Carolyn of Long Island, NY; six grandchildren, Michelle, Renee, Thomas, Kristen, Brian, and Erin; and one great grandchild, Kylie and her nieces Rita, Irene and Helen and her nephews, Roland and Ronnie. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, NH Office, One Bedford Farms Drive, Suite 105, Bedford, NH 03110. A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 11AM in the New Town Cemetery in Rollinsford, NH with Deacon Robert Gagnon, officiating.
