Mary T. (Prince) Boucher, 88, of Dover, NH, passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Hyder Hospice House in Dover. Mary was born in Portland, Maine, on April 14,1935. She married the love of her life, Roland Boucher, in 1955, and in 1963 they moved to Dover and raised their family. Her husband came up with an idea to open a sub shop and thus was created 'Rolands Sub Shop' in 1967 where Mary worked diligently for over 45 years. The business is still going strong today. Mary enjoyed golfing with her husband and friends and spent many winters in Florida making new friends and creating many wonderful memories. Mary is survived by her daughter, Carol M. Boucher, of Dover; a sister-in-law; many nieces, nephews and their families; and many wonderful friends. Mary was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Roland Boucher, and her son, Tim Boucher, who passed in 1997.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mary's name to the Pope Memorial Humane Society-Cocheco Valley, 221 County Farm Road, Dover, NH, 03820.Calling hours will be from 1-3pm on Friday, Nov 10, with a memorial service immediately following at Wiggin-Purdy-McCooey-Dion Funeral Home, 655 Central Ave, Dover.
