Nottingham: Letha Myrtle Travis, 71, passed away on October 4, 2018 at her residence with her family by her side. Letha was born on November 26, 1946 in Renovo, Pennsylvania; the daughter of Boyd and Genevieve (Adomaitis) Saxton. Letha served our country proudly in the US Navy during the Vietnam War serving from 1964-1967. Letha enjoyed working with her hands, gardening, cooking and baking. She loved the holiday season. One of Letha’s favorite pastimes was to watch the hummingbirds out of her window. Letha is survived by her husband, Steven Travis; her son, Glenn Travis and his wife, Carrie of Ashland, MA; her daughter Christina (Travis) Noddin and her husband, Ken of Somersworth; her brother, Boyd Saxton, Jr and his wife, Alice of Sandy Hook, CT; her six grandchildren, Courtney, Haley, Ethan, Evan, Rylee and Hunter; her three great grandchildren, Bentley, Oliver and Eloise: a special niece, Michelle Fortier. A visitation will be held at the church in the common room from 10:00 am-11:00am. A funeral service with military honors will be held at 11:00am Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the New Life Church, 84 Nottingham Road, Raymond, NH 03077. Flowers are welcome.
