Dover-Lavinia E. “Lou” Talon, 87, passed away Saturday May 26, 2018 at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover surrounded by her family. Born June 26, 1930 in Marlborough, Massachusetts and she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Hazel (Blizzard) Dow. She is predeceased by her husband George. Lou worked for 32 years as a cook/baker for the Dover schools lunch program, she was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church and was a member of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her two sons; Raymond Talon and his wife Linda, Steven Talon and his wife Sharon, one daughter; Brenda McKenney and her husband Paul, one brother; Joseph Dow, seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; a cousin, nieces & nephews.
