Obituary for Kenneth Wallace

Kenny Wallace, 64, of Rochester, NH died on November 19, 2019 after a short stay in hospice and a lengthy battle with cancer. Kenny was born on September 19, 1955 in Dover, NH; the son of Norman Wallace Sr. and Blanche (DeGrace) Wallace. He attended Dover High School, class of 1974, and went on to become a machinist, a truck driver, and a radio DJ for 92.1 WCDQ. Kenny loved music, motorcycles, sailing, and playing the harmonica with whichever band happened to be on stage, wherever he was. He lived his life on his own terms, and always had as much fun as possible with everything he did. Kenny is survived by his children Stacy Wallace of Dover, Kevin Wallace of Rochester, and their mother Kathy Wallace of Rochester; brothers Norman Wallace of Rochester, Bob Wallace and his partner Debbie Abeling of Connecticut; and nephews Kris Theodore of Dover, Tim Theodore of Dover, Jeff Barry of Berwick, ME, and Keith Wallace of Barrington; as well as many beloved friends and extended family. He was pre-deceased by his free spirited brother-in-law Steven Theodore, and kind hearted sister-in-law Maureen Wallace. Flowers are welcome, and memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society. Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of Kenny’s life on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Wiggin-Purdy-McCooey-Dion Funeral Home on Central Ave in Dover, NH.
