Born March 5, 1958 in Brighton, Mass, he was the son of the late Joseph and Devona (Simmons) Hingey. After graduating from Waltham High, Joe graduated from Middlesex Community College. He then went on to serve in the United States Marine Corp.

Joe certainly had a zest for life. As we all know, Joe was a little wild back in the day. Always the best dressed, he was often "the life of the party". Joe was also known for his deep, "one of a kind voice".
Joe enjoyed his career in construction and also loved gardening and collectibles. As he got older, Joe would always wear shorts, no matter what season it was. He had a huge love of animals, especially his dog, Jasmine and his cat, Satchmo. Joe love to give back, donating to many charities. He was a huge sports fan and loved golf.

Joe was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his three girls, his "Princess" Danielle, "Pumpkin" Bella and "Peanut" Charli "who were the apple of his eye". Joe was also especially close to his sister Joyce, nephew Jerome and dear friend, Chris.
Joe is survived by his daughter, Danielle Marie Camuso, two sisters; Joyce Hingey Bowen and Jill Hingey, his granddaughters, Isabella Rose Camuso and Charli Rainn Camuso. He was predeceased by his wife, Catherine L. (Shilensky) Hingey; He was very proud of his nephew, Justin who was in the Navy. He also leaves behind one Niece & Nephews.

Joe was loved and will be missed by all. "The world will be a little less bright without Joe in it."
