JAMES O'CONNOR 71, of Providence, RI and most recently of Strafford NH, passed away suddenly at home of cardiac issues on April 29, 2020. Jim was born on February 9, 1949 in Providence, RI the son of Edmund B and Dorothy (Hartley) O'Connor. He attended Mt St Pleasant High School and continued his education at Bryant University. Jim was employed as a hospital administrator most of his working life. He was a dedicated member of Masons and Shriners where he rode his special "Shrine" bike in many parades to promote his special charity. He loved motorcycling so much. Jim also served on the Boston Shriner Board of Governors. Jim is survived by his spouse of 30 years, Deborah (Mac Pherson) O'Connor, Brother Paul of Virginia, Sister Marie Broadfoot of Florida, nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his parents, brothers Edward B and David O'Connor, his sister Dorothy, and his nephew Robert.
