Obituary for James E. Dolph Mr.

James E. Dolph South Berwick: James E. Dolph, 55, died on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 after a brief illness. He was born September 16, 1956 in Dover, New Hampshire; the son of the late Robert E. Dolph and Doris E. Dolph Kyreages. Jim attended Dover schools and the vocational school in Portsmouth. He worked for over 31 years at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME; most of those years as the first Shipyard Historian. Jim also served on active duty with both the Air Force and the Air National Guard. He was a member of the 157th Air Refueling Wing and recently retired with 20 years of military service. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Bonnie (Kidd); his wonderful children Miranda, Mallory, Adam and Abigail as well as his two grandchildren Riley and Brayden; and his mother, Doris Kyreages. He is predeceased by his father and his younger brother. Memorial contributions may be made to the James Dolph Memorial fund, for the benefit of his children’s education at Centrix Bank, 538 Central Avenue, Dover, NH 03820. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on February 27th at the Purdy Memorial Chapel, 2 Concord Road, Lee, NH. An Air National Guard Chaplin will officiate.
