Hubert J McGlone (Bye) Somersworth, NH: Hubert J McGlone (Bye), 91, passed way on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018 at Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover, NH after a period of failing health. He was born on May 9, 1927 in Dover, NH; the son of Albert and Valea (Demers) McGlone. Bye was a Navy Veteran serving from 1942 to 1944. He worked as a lead man assembling printing presses for 46 ½ years at Kidder Press/ Moore Business Forms/ Harris Graphics. In his younger days Bye was a notable fast pitch softball player. He enjoyed coaching Dover little league for several years and watching his favorite sports teams, Red Sox and the Patriots. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with family. Bye is survived by his five sons; Robert McGlone and his wife Tammy of Dover, Thomas McGlone and Lisa Snow of Barrington, Daniel McGlone and Leslie Bean of Bow, David McGlone and his wife Jeri of California, Tim McGlone and his wife JoEllen of California, his daughter Debra Cadorette and her husband John of Barrington, his sister Jackie Forshay and her husband John, 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Bye was pre-deceased by his wife Barbara; daughter Pamela Sparkman; his sisters, Patricia Cantin and Edna Henson; and his brother Edward McGlone The McGlone family would like to graciously thank the doctors and staff at Wentworth Douglass Hospital and the Hyder Family Hospice House for their wonderful care.
