Barrington, NH: Florence Williams Canfeld, 83, of Roberts Road, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Salem Hospital in Salem, MA. Florence was born on May 15, 1931 in South Berwick, ME; the daughter of Howard and Ethel (Hoitt) Williams. Florence married Raymond Canfield on Valentine’s Day in 1980. Florence was a social butterfly, she enjoyed people, music and loved to sing along and she had a great sense of humor; she enjoyed drives along the local beaches. Florence was a 41 year member in good standing of the Bethel Church in North Berwick, ME, since 1971. Florence is survived by her husband of 34 years, Raymond Canfield of Barrington; her children, Lawrence Lytle and his wife Rita of Raleigh, NC, Louis Goscinski and his wife, Donna of Strafford, NH, Cheryl Goscinski-Drew and her husband, Rick of Barrington, NH, Karin Goscinski-Breton and her husband, Darrel of Somersworth, NH, William Goscinski and his wife, Beth of Somersworth, NH and Debra Goscinski of Dover, NH; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Chesley Williams, Alvin “Bud” Williams, James Williams, Leon Williams and Catherine Williams. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 11:00 am at Wiggin-Purdy-McCooey-Dion Funeral Home, 655 Central Ave, Dover, NH with Pastor Robert Cole, Jr of the Bethel Church in No. Berwick, ME, is officiating.
