Obituary for Edward J. Gagne Mr.

Rochester-Edward James Gagne, age 60 of Rochester, NH passed away Sunday May 20th, 2012 at home after failing health. He was born August 30th, 1951 in Dover, NH to Ernest Gagne and Dorothy Campbell. He grew up and attended school in Rollinsford and Somersworth before moving to Rochester. Over the years he worked at many local shoe shops as well as Thompson Center Arms in Rochester, NH. Prior to his retirement his great pass time was working on old TVs and radios to get them to work again and most of the time he would. Eddie is survived by his three sons, James Hanscom of Rochester, Jimmy Gagne of Rollinsford, Eric Gagne of Farmington, NH and one daughter, Flow Newcum of Natick, Mass. He has seven grandchildren, one brother Raymond Gagne of Rollinsford, NH and two sisters; Joyce Pitman of Berwick, ME and Diana Walker of Farmington, NH; his companion that took such good care of our brother; Diane Little. He will be missed by his cat Brady; as well as nieces and nephews. Eddie was predeceased by his parents Ernest and Dorothy Gagne, and his sister Marieelana Freeman. There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Fri., June 1st at New Town Cemetery in Rollinsford, NH with Deacon Robert Gagnon, officiating. If desired memorial donations may be made in his memory to The Cocheco Humane Society at 262 County Farm Rd. Dover, NH.
