Obituary for Edith Susanne Gordon (Gordon)
Edith Gordon of Dover, NH passed away on June 27, 2022. She was born on September 27, 1961 in Lowell, Massachusetts, the daughter of David Gordon and Evelyn (Richmond) Gordon. Edith graduated from Dover High School and later earned an Associate’s Degree from N.H. Technical College.
She worked as a waitress, in retail, and at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard at different points in her life. She worked at Eliot Rose Greenhouse in Dover for the longest portion of her career.
Edith enjoyed sharing stories and reminiscing with her family members. She enjoyed walking around downtown Dover, stopping by the local shops and chatting with everyone.
Edith was pre-deceased by her parents. She is survived by her sister Carolyn Hayward and husband Keith of Corinth TX; brother Robert Gordon and wife Kathleen Letellier of Dover; stepsister Denise Davis of Lutz, FL; stepbrother Dennis Davis and wife Maria of Boston, MA; stepsister Donna Berry and husband Steve of Wesley Chapel, FL; uncle James Gordon and aunt Paula Savoie of Haverhill, MA; uncle Charles Richmond and aunt Fran Richmond of Bethel, ME; aunt Barbara Richmond of South Dartmouth, MA; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
