Constance (Glennon) Savarino of Durham, NH, passed away peacefully on 12/01/2023 at the age of 91. Daughter of Thomas & Hazel (Dedham) Glennon. Connie resided in Melrose and Lynnfield, MA before moving to Lee and Durham, NH. Connie attended Merrimack College, and graduated from Katharine Gibbs School in Boston. Active in the petroleum industry, Connie was a pipeline analyst in Houston, TX, following which she was a regional manager for The Hitchcock Chair Company of Riverton, CT. In later years she was an entrepreneur, opening boutique dress stores in Durham & Hampton, NH. Connie was a charter member of the Lynnfield, MA scholarship foundation, & was involved in the "Presidents Commission at The Statues Of Women" at UNH, a member of the newcomers of Durham, & for many years was the director of the Durham Bridge Club where she enjoyed meeting & making many friends. Connie is survived by her Son Thomas & his wife Mary Lou Savarino of Maryland, Brother Thomas and his wife Ellen Glennon of Cape Cod, Sister Maureen (Ginger) Mulligan of New Jersey & her grandson Ryan & Wife Monica Carter of Colorado, & grandson Derek Carter of Colorado, great granddaughters Reagan & Mia Carter of Colorado, and many cousins nieces & Nephew’s. She was predeceased in death of her husband Rosario (Rosie) Savarino and daughter Teri Lee Carter. She will be laid to rest in Puritan Lawns Cemetery in Peabody, MA along with her Husband and Daughter.
