Obituary for Cody Clark
Somersworth, NH: Cody Clark, 27, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 12, 2021.
He was born on July 14, 1994 in Dover NH; the son of Gregg Zavorotny and Christine M Clark.
Cody grew up in Somersworth and attended Somersworth High School. He enjoyed working as a landscaper for Oceanside Landscaping. Cody loved and was exceptional at playing the drums and always carried his drumsticks around with him. You would always know he was there before he entered the room. He absolutely adored his daughter Matilda and being a father.
Cody is survived by parents Christine Clark, Gregg, and Charissa Zavorotny. Daughter Matilda Flowers Clark, and her mother Lacey. Sister Joy Clark, brother Ricco and wife Katelyn Clark. Brothers Austin Jones, Alex Burgmeier and sister Summer Burgmeier. Nieces, Alana and Sophie Clark, nephews Tyson, Andre, and Oliver Clark. Grandparents Kathleen Clark, Robert Lahr, Sandra Zavorotny, and late grandfather Fred “Grumpy” Benson. His several Uncles and Aunts, Richard Nadeau, Tim Benson, and Dawn Benson, Jackie and Paul Markunas. His dear friends Edward Dejesus, David Cormier, and Kr3w.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Cody’s name to Community Action Partnership of Strafford County at 577 Central Ave #10, Dover NH 03820.
Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Wiggin-Purdy-McCooey-Dion funeral home at 655 Central Avenue in Dover, NH 03820.
A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
