Ashley Nicole Leighton, 31, of 296 Main St, Somersworth NH, passed away on April 10th 2019, after a lengthy battle with addiction. Ashley was born in Dover NH at Wentworth Douglas Hospital on November 18, 1987 to Karen Leighton. Ashley had two men in her life that were amazing fathers, Warren Stinson & Steven Barrett. Ashley had a passion for fast cars, motorcycles, loud music, shopping at Victoria Secret. Ashley loved the color pink. Ashley loved children, Emily Bergeron, Hailey Bergeron, Kailey Bergeron, Braylyn Leighton and her son, Ryan Leighton more than herself. Ashley loved her family and friends to the moon and back. Ashley has a huge family with whom she was very close to. Her family consisted of her brothers, Micheal Leighton-Plaisted and his wife Taffie, Dakota Leighton and his wife Susan Masteoianni and Josh Wright, her sisters, Chelsea Barrett and her husband Mathew Nuerburg, Shannon Barrett, Samantha Barrett and Kimberly Barrett. Ashley was close to her cousins while growing up as family meant so much to her. Ashley was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Robert & Dorothy Plaisted; aunts, Elezabeth McDonald & Dorothy Plaisted-Horne; uncles, Robert Plaisted, Cecil Plaisted Sr; cousins, Bobbie McDonald and Haley P Plaisted.
