Anita Wentworth Obituary- 7/20/22

Anita Mae Wentworth was born in New York City, to her parents, Marjorie and Harold Richardson, on October 13, 1937, and was raised by her adoptive parents Pauline and Gilman Moulton of Rye, New Hampshire. Anita passed away on July 20, 2022, peacefully in her home in Rollinsford, New Hampshire. She had a warm and generous spirit that will be remembered with love long after her passing.
Anita was passionate about nature, traveling, art, music, her faith, and most of all, her family. Anita lived a full and meaningful life. For several years, she worked at Wentworth Greenhouses with her husband David, where she was an instrumental part of creating the retail business. She had a gift for creativity, as she was an avid photographer and painter, as well as sang in her local church choir. Anita’s travels took her to all 7 continents, including mission work in Ukraine and capturing wildlife photographs in places from Africa to Antarctica. Despite her far-reaching journeys, she loved nothing more than spending time at the lake or beach, in New England with her family. Her grandchildren could always count on her to be in attendance for all of their events, concerts and games, as she was exceedingly proud and excited to support them in all of their endeavors. Anita left a meaningful legacy with all who she encountered and she will be missed dearly.
Anita is survived by her son Mark and his wife Suzanne, her son Matthew, and her son Bryan and his wife Cathy. She is also survived by her brothers Hal, Dwayne, and Jack, her grandchildren Brianna, Douglas and his wife Elizabeth, Alexandra, Elizabeth, great-grand daughter Vera and Anita’s beloved furry friend Sammy. She is predeceased by her son Brett, her husband David, and her brother David and sister Priscilla.
