Barrington: Ada M. Fernald, daughter of Mrtye and Frank Neal; passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Rockingham County Nursing Home at the age of 84. She loved her family very much, as well as sewing, baking and flower gardening. She enjoyed sharing her baking skills of bread making, pies and many other types of desserts. She belonged to the First Congregational Church of Barrington and participated with the women fellowship helping with Harvest suppers, vacation Bible school and the Christmas Fairs. Ada also enjoyed attending The Homemakers Health Services Day Out program and participating in quilt making. Ada was predeceased by her spouse Paul Fernald, her parents. She is survived by three sons, Larry and Mary Lou Fernald, Gary and Virginia Fernald, and Harold and Christine Fernald; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family flowers only, please. A funeral service will be held on Sat., Nov. 29, 2014 at 1:00pm at the First Congregational Church, Rt. 9, Barrington NH with Rev. Scott Littlefield, officiating.
